Criminal Procedure — plea withdrawal

Howard Wells appeals a judgment of conviction for disorderly conduct and an order denying postconviction relief. Wells asserts he is entitled to withdraw his no contest plea because the circuit court’s participation in the plea negotiations rendered his plea involuntary. We conclude the court did not participate in the plea negotiations and affirm. This opinion will not be published. See Wis. Stat. Rule 809.23(1)(b)4.
