Sentencing — relevant factors

Scott Kappus appeals a judgment of conviction for three counts of possessing child pornography and an order denying his motion for postconviction relief. Kappus argues the circuit court considered an irrelevant and immaterial factor when determining his sentence. We disagree and affirm. This opinion will not be published.
