Civil Rights — due process — failure to protect

Scott Heimermann appeals a series of orders that dismissed his multi-claim civil action against a number of public employees, most of whom were prison officials, and refused to allow him to amend his complaint to add additional claims against the one non-prison employee and several additional defendants. We affirm.
