Graham Stowe appeals an order denying his petition for conditional release from his commitment to the Department of Health and Family Services following his insanity acquittal. Stowe argues there was insufficient evidence to support the circuit court’s finding that he posed a significant risk of bodily harm to others if conditionally released. We conclude the circuit court’s finding was supported by credible evidence and affirm. This opinion will not be published.
