Criminal Procedure
Plea withdrawal; ineffective assistance

Jose Luis Aranzamendi, pro se, appeals the order denying his motion for postconviction relief. He argues that: (1) his guilty plea was not knowingly, intelligently, and voluntarily entered into; (2) he was denied the effective assistance of counsel; and (3) he was sentenced on the basis of inaccurate information. We disagree and affirm. This opinion will not be published.
