A habit for many of us, when we find a website we like, is to save it to our “Favorites.” Well, that is fine until you have 200 sites saved and can’t find anything. There are several online services to help keep those favorites under control.
Lifehacker and MakeUseOf recently discussed a visual bookmarking tool called Zootool. Zootool, just like similar tools, allows you to save and organize favorite sites. A somewhat unique aspect of Zootool is the thumbnail image created of your favorite site when it is bookmarked. Per the website, “[b]eautiful thumbnails make it super easy to browse your collected items.” Users need to create an account to use Zootool and owners of an iPhone/iPad can also download the Zootool App. I’ve tried it and like that I can quickly scan the images to find websites. Read the two articles or explore on your own to learn more about it.
