General information regarding the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 can be found on Thomas. However, some researchers are interested in specific applications of the funds. Many mayors have created wish lists regarding the spending of stimulus monies. The United States Conference of Mayors has a nice website summarizing city lists. The Mainstreet Economic Recovery page provides access to their full report or allows the researcher to view projects by city or program area.
For example, a search of Janesville produces a list of over 35 items including infrastructure, community development, and energy projects. The result list outlines funds required and jobs created.
Governor Doyle also released a summary of potential projects in December. The Wheeler Report posted it here.
