Sunflower Prop II, LLC, appeals a judgment validating the enforceability of Oneida County’s pier ordinance and the County’s finding that Sunflower is in violation of that ordinance.

Dawn Petit appeals a divorce judgment dividing the marital estate, establishing monthly child support payments from her former husband, Terrance Petit, and ordering monthly maintenance to Dawn.
