Termination of Parental Rights
T.R.D. appeals an order terminating her parental rights to R.T.D.-T. T.R.D. makes the following arguments on appeal: (1) the circuit court erroneously exercised its discretion when it found T.R.D. to be an unfit parent; and (2) the circuit court erroneously exercised its discretion when it found that it was in the best interest of R.T.D.-T. that T.R.D.'s parental rights be terminated.
