Termination of Parental Rights
This is an appeal of a decision terminating S.C.’s parental rights to three children, E.S.K., M.A.K., and M.J.C. S.C. argues that the circuit court erred when it determined that there were grounds to terminate her parental rights under WIS. STAT. § 48.415(4).

C.M. appeals an order of the trial court terminating her parental rights of M.K., Jr. C.M. asserts that the court erroneously exercised its discretion in entering a default judgment against her and then denying C.M.’s motion to vacate that default judgment without granting an evidentiary hearing.
