Adam Lee Graun appeals the judgment entered after a jury convicted him of child neglect, misdemeanor battery as an act of domestic abuse, misdemeanor bail jumping, and four counts of physical abuse of a child by recklessly causing great bodily harm.

Kurt Gray appeals a domestic abuse injunction entered in favor of his former girlfriend, Brenda.
Insurance – Negligence Claim
Frank Hull appeals a judgment dismissing his negligence claim against John Glewwe and Glewwe’s insurer, State Farm Fire and Casualty Company. Hull and Glewwe were both injured in an accident that occurred during a roofing project at Hull’s home.
