Gov. Tony Evers has appointed Whitney Healy to Outagamie County Circuit Court – Branch 1.
The appointment will fill the vacancy being created by Judge Mark J. McGinnis‘ resignation. Healy will complete a term ending July 31, 2027.
Healy is a civil litigation attorney at Habush Habush & Rottier S.C. in Appleton. Her practice involves representing plaintiffs who have been physically, emotionally or financially harmed due to negligence or wrongdoing. Earlier in her career, she practiced in the areas of family law, civil rights litigation, employment law and professional malpractice law at Gingras, Thomsen & Wachs LLP in Madison.
Healy is a graduate of Loras College and the Valparaiso University School of Law. She has been active in numerous professional organizations, including the Outagamie County Bar Association, the Wisconsin Association for Justice and the Legal Association for Women.
