Kay Nord Hunt is a nationally recognized appellate attorney with more than 600 appeals under her belt across Wisconsin, Minnesota, federal circuit courts and courts around the country.

Nord Hunt is an attorney with Lommen Abdo, practicing from the firm’s Hudson, Wisconsin, and Minneapolis, Minnesota offices. Her civil appellate practice spans nearly every area of law, from complex trust and insurance disputes to employment, family law and medical malpractice. She regularly assists firms around the country with their appeals and with trial lawyers to ensure that arguments are preserved in the event of an appeal.

Nord Hunt brings a sharp focus and ability to see cases through the written record and in the eyes of an appellate judge, with the goal of making each appeal as persuasive as possible.

She is a member of the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers and an adjunct professor at the University of St. Thomas School of Law.
