Milwaukee Police ask for help with Good Hope Road shooting

Milwaukee Police are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a suspect wanted in connection to an attempted armed robbery/shooting that occurred on Friday Dec. 20, 2024, at or around 9:10 p.m., on the 7600 block of W. Good Hope Rd.

According to police, the suspect is described as an African American male who is in his 50’s. He was last seen wearing a black Carhartt brand hat, a gray skull style mask, a yellow and green checkered jacket, blue pants, and chestnut colored shoes. He was armed with a handgun.

The suspect entered a business, pointed a handgun at an employee (victim) and demanded currency. The suspect shot the victim and ﬂed the business in a possible 2-door 2006 black Pontiac G6.
