Caitlyn Doyle has a passion for helping businesses and their employees build strong relationships.

“I advise employers on best practices and how to grow goodwill with their employees,” said Doyle, an attorney with Husch Blackwell. “Businesses of all sizes can turn their employees into their biggest advocates.”

Doyle provides her clients with advising and counseling along with litigation. She also works in areas adjacent to employment law, including wage garnishment issues, contract drafting, employee handbooks, and disciplinary procedure review.

“I like being able to assist employers with their day-to-day problems. Every day is different and every situation is unique,” she said. “There’s a lot of managing expectations. I also enjoy being able to support individuals at a hard time.”

Doyle learned a lot helping her clients navigate the pandemic. While it was challenging to deal with the legal questions surrounding whether employers should mandate having their workers get vaccinated, she said it allowed creativity since there wasn’t much legal guidance in place.
