Gov. Evers seeks applicants for Marinette County, Green County Circuit Court

Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers announced Tuesday he is seeking applicants for the Marinette County Circuit Court – Branch 1. The appointment will fill a vacancy being created by Judge Jane M. Sequin’s resignation, effective July 31, 2024. The new judge will complete a term ending July 31, 2025.

Evers also announced Tuesday he is seeking applicants for the Green County Circuit Court – Branch 2. The appointment will fill a vacancy being created by Judge Thomas J. Vale’s retirement, effective April 5, 2024. The new judge will complete a term ending July 31, 2025.

To apply for either position, please email a completed application form and supporting materials to [email protected].

Applications for Marinette County must be submitted by 5 p.m. on Fri., Feb. 23, 2024.

Applications for Green County must be submitted  by 5 p.m. on Fri., Feb. 9, 2024.

The application can be found on the “Apply to Serve” page on Gov. Evers’ website at: www.evers.wi.gov.
