Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers announced Thursday he is seeking applicants for the Racine County Circuit Court – Branch 4. The appointment will fill a vacancy being created by Judge Mark F. Nielsen’s resignation, effective Jan. 1, 2024. The new judge will complete a term ending July 31, 2025.
