Brian Cooley joins Meissner Tierney Fisher & Nichols

Attorney Brian M. Cooley is joining Meissner Tierney Fisher & Nichols SC‘s transactional practice group.

Previously, Cooley served as a law clerk. He now advises clients in the areas of business organization, business and corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate.

“We are excited to welcome Brian to our team,” said Shareholder Adam J. Tutaj.

“Before excelling in law school, Brian was an entrepreneur who founded, ran and sold businesses of his own. His practical business skills and acumen are a significant value add to both the firm and our clients,” Tutaj added.

Brian graduated from Marquette University Law School in 2023. He received his Master of Business Administration from Marquette University’s Graduate School of Management after he completed a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. While at Marquette University Law School, Brian served as a Lead Articles Editor for the Marquette Law Review.
