Wisconsin man arrested for 7th OWI

Matthew J. Glimme, 42 of Madison, was arrested Saturday for his seventh drunken driving offense after Wisconsin State Patrol troopers observed him to be impaired after a crash, on Interstate 30-90-94 near Madison at about 9:30 a.m., the Wisconsin State Patrol said.
Upon arrival, Wisconsin State Patrol Troopers observed signs of impairment. Upon further investigation it was
determined Glimme was driving under the influence and subsequently arrested for OWI 7th offence, authorities said.
