Milwaukee Bar to host free community education program

The Milwaukee Bar Association is hosting a free community education program about the court system on Sept. 24.

Milwaukee County Circuit Court judges and attorneys will teach attendees the history, purpose and function of the court system. Attendees can ask questions after the formal presentation and connect with local legal resources.

The Milwaukee Bar Association said the event is an opportunity for the public to interact with the judges and attorneys outside a formal legal setting. It runs from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 24, at the First Congregational Church of Wauwatosa, 1511 Church St. in Wauwatosa.

Attendees can register for the free program here.
