Civil Commitment — group homes

Boe H. appeals an order extending his Wis. Stat. ch. 51 mental health commitment. He argues neither the circuit court nor the Polk County Department of Human Services has authority to require him to live in a group home. Alternatively, he argues that even if the Department has authority to place him in a group home, the Department has exceeded its authority. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
