Ladarius Marshall appeals the judgment entered on his guilty plea to second-degree reckless homicide as party to a crime and use of a dangerous weapon. See Wis. Stat. §§ 940.06(1), 939.05 & 939.63(1)(b). His sole claim on appeal is that the circuit court erred when it did not grant his suppression motion. We affirm. Publication in the official reports is not recommended.
