Motor Vehicles — speeding

Justin Bachinski appeals a judgment imposing a forfeiture for speeding. Bachinski argues he could not be found guilty because the speed limit sign was obstructed by a tree branch. We agree and reverse and remand with directions to vacate the forfeiture judgment and enter a judgment of acquittal. This opinion will not be published.
