Wisconsin Court of Appeals
Civil
Civil Procedure – discovery — judicial recusal
Michael J. DeGuelle appeals from a judgment entered in favor of S.C. Johnson & Son, Inc. (SCJ). DeGuelle argues that the trial court improperly limited discovery and granted summary judgment. He also contends that the trial court erred by denying his motion for judicial recusal and in determining the admissibility of evidence at the damages trial. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
