Motor Vehicles – OWI — reasonable suspicion

John Baker appeals a judgment of conviction for operating with a prohibited blood alcohol concentration (PAC), as a 7th, 8th, or 9th offense, in violation of Wis. Stat. § 346.63(1)(b) (2011-12). He contends that the traffic stop by the arresting officer was not supported by reasonable suspicion and the circuit court therefore erred in denying his motion to suppress. For the reasons explained below, we affirm. Not recommended for publication in the official reports.
