Deborah M. Sowl and Kerry T. Sowl appeal a circuit court judgment granting summary judgment of foreclosure to OneWest Bank, FSB (OneWest). The Sowls argue that the circuit court erred in granting summary judgment because OneWest failed to make a prima facie case that it has the right to enforce the note entered into by the Sowls. For the reasons we explain below, we affirm. Not recommended for publication in the official reports.
