Motor Vehicles – OWI — probable cause

Heather M. Tollefson appeals a judgment of conviction for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, second offense, and an order denying her motion to suppress the evidence. On appeal, Tollefson contends that the police officer lacked probable cause to conduct a traffic stop. For the reasons explained below, we affirm. This opinion will not be published.
