Contracts — ambiguity

Brian Doherty appeals a summary judgment dismissing his contract action. Doherty argues that the circuit court misinterpreted the contract or, alternatively, that the contract was ambiguous. We conclude the contract was ambiguous, and therefore reverse and remand for further proceedings. This opinion will not be published.
