Criminal Procedure — successive appeals

Lawrence Williams, pro se, appeals from a circuit court order denying his motion for postconviction relief brought under Wis. Stat. § 974.06 (2009-10). He also appeals from orders denying his motions for reconsideration. The circuit court determined that his claims are procedurally barred by State v. Escalona-Naranjo, 185 Wis. 2d 168, 517 N.W.2d 157 (1994). We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
