Juveniles – delinquency — waiver

Gilbert C. appeals the order waiving juvenile jurisdiction. Gilbert argues that the trial court erred in waiving juvenile jurisdiction because the evidence before it was insufficient to establish a reasonable basis for its decision. He also argues that, given the evidence that was adduced at the waiver hearing, the trial court’s decision to waive him into adult court was unreasonable. This court disagrees with Gilbert C. and affirms the trial court’s order. This opinion will not be published.

2012AP1696 In the interest of Gilbert C.
