Criminal Procedure — successive appeals

Robert J. Jacobson appeals from an order denying his Wis. Stat. § 974.06 (2009-10) postconviction motion, which raised for the first time three new substantive claims and alleged ineffective assistance of prior postconviction and trial counsel. Jacobson also appeals from an order denying his motion for sentence modification based on “new factors.” We affirm. Not recommended for publication in the official reports.
