Motor Vehicles – OWI — reasonable suspicion

The State appeals an order granting Timothy Bastian’s suppression motion based on an allegedly improper traffic stop. The State argues the officer lawfully stopped Bastian’s vehicle. We agree and reverse and remand for further proceedings. This opinion will not be published.
