Criminal Procedure — successive appeals

Jose Fernandez, pro se, appeals an order denying his motion to withdraw his guilty plea and modify his sentence. The issue is whether Fernandez’s arguments are barred by State v. Escalona-Naranjo, 185 Wis.

2d 168, 185, 517 N.W.2d 157 (1994). We conclude that his claims are barred. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.

2011AP776-CR State v. Fernandez

Dist I, Milwaukee County, Dallet, J., Per Curiam

Attorneys: For Appellant: Fernandez, Jose, pro se; For Respondent: Loebel, Karen A., Milwaukee; Tarver, Sandra L., Madison
