Family – visitation — modification

Ronald Schroeder, pro se, appeals an order denying his motion to modify the circuit court’s order establishing phone visitation with his children. He contends that the order should be modified because there has been a substantial change in circumstances since entry of the order that prevents him from exercising his right to visit with his children by telephone from the prison where he is incarcerated. We conclude that Schroeder has not demonstrated a substantial change in circumstances. Accordingly, we affirm. This opinion will not be published.
