Criminal Procedure — successive appeals

Donald Newell, pro se, appeals an order denying his Wis. Stat. § 974.06 motion without a hearing. Newell raises several challenges to his conviction and sentence. We conclude Newell’s arguments have either already been litigated or are procedurally barred. The order is therefore affirmed. This opinion will not be published.
