Motor Vehicles — OWI second offense – sentencing discretion

Scott P. Wojcik appeals from his conviction for second-offense operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (OWI). Wojcik argues that his 90-day sentence is too long. We hold that the circuit court properly exercised its sentencing discretion and uphold the sentence. This opinion will not be published.
