Search and Seizure — stop and detention

Demonte D. Miller appeals the judgment entered on his guilty plea to illegally carrying a concealed weapon¸ see Wis. Stat. § 941.23 (2009–2010), and from the circuit court’s order denying his suppression motion. He contends that the police unlawfully stopped and frisked him. We agree and reverse. This opinion will not be published.
