• Corneille Law Group LLC announces that Attorney Jacqueline Lorenz Sehloff has joined the firm’s Green Bay office. Sehloff graduated from Marquette University Law School in 2006. The Corneille Law Group focuses on personal injury and medical negligence defense.

• The Eastern District of Wisconsin Bar Association is hosting its ninth annual Meeting and Presentation on Thursday, April 7.

The awards will be presented during the luncheon program, which begins at 11:30 a.m. The luncheon program also features a keynote speech by the Hon. Diane Wood, United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.

Prior to the luncheon, participants will attend seminars presented by the federal judges and noteworthy legal practitioners.

The award recipients include: Nathan Fishbach, Shareholder, Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek, is the recipient of the Judge Myron L. Gordon Lifetime Achievement Award; Attorney Thomas Wilmouth, Associate Federal Defender, Central District of Illinois, is the recipient of the Judge Robert W. Warren Public Service Award; The Hon. Susan Kelley, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, is the recipient of the Judge Dale E. Ihlenfeldt Bankruptcy Award; Attorney L. William Staudenmaier, retired shareholder and of counsel, Cook & Franke, is the recipient of the Judge John W. Reynolds Community Building Award.

• Axley Brynelson law firm welcomes the most recent addition to the firm, Attorney Jessica Ozalp. Ozalp, a recent University of Wisconsin Law School graduate, joins the firm’s Litigation group.

Ozalp began her career at Axley Brynelson as a law clerk in May 2010 and became one of 52 Axley Brynelson attorneys in January 2011.
