Duty to indemnify

Acuity, a Mutual Insurance Company, appeals a judgment granted in favor of its insured, Community Living Solutions, LLC. The circuit court concluded that Acuity’s policy covered claims made against Community by Hoffman, LLC and that Acuity had a duty to indemnify Community. We disagree and reverse. We remand with directions that the circuit court enter judgment declaring Acuity has no duty to indemnify Community. This opinion will not be published.
