Juveniles
TPR; abandonment

Tarik T. appeals an order terminating his parental rights to Quincy C. based on a petition brought by Nathan Y., Quincy’s step-father. Tarik argues that the trial court erred in granting Nathan’s motion for partial summary judgment on grounds of abandonment under Wis. Stat. § 48.415(1)(a)(3) because there were genuine issues of material fact regarding whether Tarik demonstrated good cause for his failure to visit or communicate with his son. We disagree and affirm the order. This opinion will not be published.
