Settlers Life Insurance Company appeals from summary judgment in favor of Rosemary Oaks for life insurance benefits on cancelled policies insuring the life of her husband, Ken Oaks. We reverse the judgment and remand for entry of an order granting Settlers’ motion to dismiss the complaint. This opinion will not be published.
