The law firm of Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek SC announces the addition of three attorneys to its Litigation and Worker’s Compensation practice groups.

Dan La Fave, Milwaukee office, focuses his practice on defending product liability and other personal injury cases. La Fave received his law degree from Northwestern University School of Law.

Mary Elizabeth Hughes, Milwaukee office, focuses her practice on worker’s compensation and also has experience in general civil litigation. She received her law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School, where she was a Note and Comment Editor for the Wisconsin Environmental Law Journal.

Martha Hamilton, Milwaukee office, focuses her practice on worker’s compensation. She received her law degree from Notre Dame Law School.

Gary Hollman, CPA, J.D., Attorney at Reinhart, Boerner, Van Deuren in Milwaukee, has received the 2010-2011 WICPA Achievement Award in recognition of his outstanding accomplishments within the WICPA and in the CPA profession.

Hollman has made contributions of time to the WICPA’s Annual Tax Conference and has served as Chairperson, Annual Tax Conference 2009-2010, 2003-2004. He is a member of the WICPA Federal Taxation Committee, 2003-2010 and served as Chairperson, 2008-2009. He was also Chairperson, WICPA Nominations committee, 2008-2009.

Andrew L. Larson, U.W. 2010, has joined the law offices of Davczyk & Varline, LLC, Wausau, as an associate attorney. Larson specializes in insurance defense and civil litigation.

Attorney Troy D. Thompson has been elected Chair of Axley Brynelson’s Labor and Employment Practice Group. Thompson and the other attorneys in that practice group represent private and public sector employers in all phases of labor, employment and related business matters. Thompson earned his J.D. from Marquette University Law School in 1998.
