Modification; breach of plea agreement; new factors

Kenneth M. Gray, pro se, appeals an order denying his motion to modify his sentence. He argues that: (1) the State breached the plea bargain; (2) the State used a falsified petition to waive him to adult court; and (3) there is a new factor that entitles him to resentencing. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
