Donna and Jess Martinez appeal the circuit court’s summary judgment in favor of Waukesha County. They argue that the area where Donna Martinez was injured is a “highway” under Wis. Stat. sec. 81.15 (2001-02). In the alternative, they argue that whether the area is a highway under the statute is a question of fact for the jury to decide. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
