Jessie Davis appeals pro se from an order dismissing her petition for review of a decision by the Labor & Industry Review Commission (LIRC), which concluded that she had been discharged for employment misconduct.
Although it is not altogether clear, Davis appears to challenge the factual basis for LIRC’s decision, thereby leaving its ultimate conclusion bereft of any logical support.
Because there is credible and substantial evidence to sustain LIRC’s findings of fact which, in turn, support its legal conclusion of employee misconduct, we affirm.
This opinion will not be published.
