Douglas D. Severson appeals a judgment of conviction for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (OMVWI), second offense.

Because we conclude that there is nothing in the arguments presented in this appeal that bears on the circuit court’s judgment of conviction for a violation of Wis. Stat. sec. 346.63(1)(a), we affirm the judgment of the circuit court.
