Thomas J. Wilde appeals a judgment of the circuit court finding him guilty of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, second offense. Wilde argues that his motion to suppress evidence should have been granted because the ordinance under which he was stopped is unconstitutionally vague.
We affirm.
