Listen to this articleFrancisco Guerrido appeals from the trial court’s order dismissing his third-party complaint against Wendy C. Huggins in a foreclosure action filed by Nationscredit Financial Services against Guerrido. Guerrido contends that the trial court erred in concluding that his third-party complaint was barred by the doctrine of claim preclusion.
We disagree and affirm the trial court’s dismissal of the third-party complaint.
