Calvin R. Mitchell appeals from a judgment of conviction entered after he was convicted by a jury of two counts of first-degree sexual assault of a child and one count of second-degree sexual assault of an unconscious victim. Mitchell claims that: (1) the trial court erroneously exercised its discretion when it admitted impeachment evidence of his prior convictions; (2) the trial court erred in admitting expert testimony about the victim’s absence of visible injuries, testimony about the victim’s delay in reporting an incident, and the expert’s alleged opinion on whether the victim was telling the truth; and (3) there was insufficient evidence to support the jury verdict.
