Former student athletes at the University of Pennsylvania (“Penn”) sued Penn, the National Collegiate Athletic Association (“NCAA”), and more than 120 other NCAA Division I universities and colleges alleging that student athletes are employees who are entitled to a minimum wage under the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”).

T.R.D. makes the following arguments on appeal: (1) the circuit court erroneously exercised its discretion when it found T.R.D. to be an unfit parent; and (2) the circuit court erroneously exercised its discretion when it found that it was in the best interest of R.T.D.-T. that T.R.D.'s parental rights be terminated.
